In this key leadership role, you will oversee all administrative and clinical staff across multiple offices, elevating our organization by refining the HR model and implementing necessary changes to policies, procedures, and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead clinical employee recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition
• Oversee all administrative and clinical staff in 11 offices spanning 5 states.
• Build and refine the HR model to align with organizational goals.
• Implement changes to policy, procedure, and protocols.
• Lead and execute operations, ensuring compliance with HR best practices.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's HR vision.
• Foster a highly skilled and motivated workforce across diverse disciplines, including nursing, therapy, and administration.

Qualifications:

• Extensive leadership experience in HR, particularly in healthcare settings.
• Proven track record in clinical recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, PIP, PFL, and FMLA.
• Strong strategic and operational HR skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading effective HR departments.
