Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementations. Your responsibilities will include:

1\. Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions to capture detailed business needs.

2\. Documentation:

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive and clear documentation.
• Create detailed user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
  

3\. Technical Specifications:

• Work closely with development teams to create detailed technical specifications.
• Provide clear guidance on system architecture, database design, and integrations.

4\. Prioritization:

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the development team to plan sprints and releases.
  

5\. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and features.
• Lead or participate in UAT sessions to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

6\. Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.

7\. Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a technical environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes, databases, and system integrations.
  

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field a plus.
