Home Health Care Agency is seeking a Coordination Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of coordinators. The ideal candidate will have both coordination and supervisory of coordination experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of home care coordinators to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to coordinators in managing client schedules, caregiver assignments, and other logistical aspects.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share best practices, and enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of coordinators, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care coordination.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within home care coordination for at least 1 year.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and leadership skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify and address potential challenges.
• Positive and energetic demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in home care coordination.
