Large home care agency is seeking an Intake Manager. As an Intake Manager, you will play a crucial role in the home healthcare intake process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. No Home Care experience is required. The best candidate for his role will have had success managing a team of people and displays great leadership and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Intake Coordination:
- Manage the intake process for new home healthcare clients.
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and eligibility.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather necessary information.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client information.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete.
Communication and Client Education:
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about home healthcare services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- No Home Care experience is required
