    Leading provider of home health care services is seeking an experienced Business Developer to join their team.

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market share. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the home care industry, including but not limited to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, healthcare providers, individual clients.

       

    2. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

       

    3. Recruit, train, and supervise a field-based sales team Upstate and Downstate.

       

    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to referral sources, clients, and industry partners.

       

    5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in the home care industry.

       

    6. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

       

    7. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals for potential clients, showcasing the organization's HomeCare services and value proposition.

       

    8. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

       

    9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and efficient service delivery.

       

    10. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and optimize business strategies.

       

    11. Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and market dynamics that may impact the home care industry.

       

    12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business development activities, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within home care industry (LHCSA, CHHA or Private Pay).
    2. Established contacts in the Metro NYC Region.
    3. Sales leadership experience.
    4. Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    5. Self-driven to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
    6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    7. Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
    8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask.
