We are currently hiring a Mechanic to help with daily and weekly machine maintenance, Preventative maintenance, assembling, and disassembling of machines for production. Complete the schedule of preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance as assigned. Complete daily and weekly rounds to ensure the machines are working properly. MUST have experience with manufacturing and/or packaging machinery. Experience in food manufacturing is a Plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all kind of production, packaging and machinery.
• Performs troubleshooting on production equipment as required
• Assemble and disassemble machines
• Set up and take down of machines for daily production
• All Handy work for the entire facility
• Completing the preventative maintenance schedule as assigned for all machines and equipment, including but not limited to oiling of machines and regular maintenance
• Perform weekly rounds and inspections of machines to ensure all are running properly
  

Requirements

“Must have mechanical experience on Manufacturing and packaging machines”

• Prior mechanical experience with food machinery is a plus
• Industrial experience is a plus
• Handy work experience
• Must be able to read and write in English, Spanish is a plus
• Ability to communicate with team and management
• Take directives from the management team
•  

Hours: are 40 hours per week which is Mon -Thu 9-6, Fri 9-Chatzos.
