Intake Manager (MLTC)

As the Intake Team Manager in our home care company, you will oversee the intake process to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to our clients. Responsibilities include managing a team of intake coordinators, assessing client needs, overseeing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications include strong leadership skills, experience in home care or healthcare administration, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the intake team, providing guidance and  support.

• Care Plan Management 

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of intake services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including care coordination, scheduling, and billing, to facilitate smooth transitions and continuity of care.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of the home care intake process, including client assessment and care planning preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
