The house cleaning estimator drives sales and revenue by conducting and closing in-home estimates with prospective customers, explaining the services we perform and providing price quotes. This role also calls customer leads, entering them into our scheduling software, making follow up calls and texts to secure bookings and add new recurring customers to the schedule. The majority of time is spent in the CSR functions, at the office, handling customer requests, booking cleans, notifying teams of new work, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with the other CSRs to ensure all customer needs are met and that the business is growing. In home estimates are done as needed.
This person also assists the Operations Manager in conducting quality inspections and walk throughs with new customers to orient the team to the job, and overseeing vacation rental cleaning as needed. Some weekend work may be required based on business and customer needs, including representing the company during home shows as needed.

Position is part-time with full time potential, depending on business needs. It is expected that this role will work 25-30 hours per week, minimum, mostly during standard business hours from 8-1 daily, with adjustments as needed for coverage.
