Maid Right is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as House Cleaners. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with no evening or weekend hours unless requested.

Experience is preferred but not required, as we will train you on our Maid Right cleaning system. Our cleaning system is both effective and easy to learn, so you can quickly become proficient in your role. You will work on a team of two cleaners to ensure all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and to our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist with customer retention and drive revenue through converting to recurring cleaning services

Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies

What we’re are looking for:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Personal smartphone with service required

Background check will be conducted for all hires

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Positive, professional attitude

Motivated hard worker

Team player

Ability to clean multiple houses per day

Previous customer service experience is a plus
