    SUMMARY

    The sales specialist is very passionate about sales, sales best practices, strategizing and optimizing sales outcomes, and relentless about growth. This individual will not be deterred by setbacks and respect the process of building high-value relationships over time. They will develop, maintain, and interact with a broad scope of new and existing customers within various markets to increase sales of services.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Handle Inbound Sales request, close inquiries and prepare all sales materials (e.g. quotes, proposals, presentations, etc).
    • Contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
    • Acquire and develop strong relationships with corporate and key market drivers (i.e. real estate, property managers, developers, etc.) through creative and proactive outreach.
    • Implement and manage initiatives to drive key results and achieve KPIs and revenue quotas.
    • Track your individual and team performance against quantitative goals, brainstorming and executing optimizations as needed
    • Establish baseline knowledge and understanding of our services and regions including its capabilities and limitations.
    • Demonstrate ownership by regularly analyzing industry trends and apply them to our business to make well-informed decisions.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience or 2 years sales and customer service/facing roles.

    Associate's degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
