We're looking to hire PROFESSIONAL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS to partner with us.
WHY DO OUR CONTRACTORS STAY WITH US?
- GREAT PAY! Starting pay will be 40% (~$30 per hour) plus TIPS.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! We have jobs 7 days a week. We'll assign jobs based on your availability, reliability, communication, and cleaning performance.
- _EASY PAYMENTS! _Weekly payment via direct deposit.
- REAL PEOPLE! We have agents and managers that can be reached by phone, text or email throughout the day if you need assistance.
WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
- EXPERIENCE - Have 2 years of paid cleaning experience, preferably in residential or hotel cleaning. (Minimal or no experience will not be considered at this time. Cleaning your own home does not count.)
- _TRANSPORTATION _- Must have your own transportation to commute to the cleanings.
- SUPPLIES - You'll provide all the cleaning supplies for the job. This includes a vacuum cleaner, Swiffer, disinfectants, liquids, sprays, rags, cloths, etc.
- COMMUNICATION - Good understanding of written and spoken English.
- _TECHNOLOGY _- Must know how to use a smartphone including Google Maps and checking emails.
- _PRIDE & PROFESSIONALISM _- In your cleaning and how you handle the clients.
- _Must be authorized to work in the U.S _
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- COMMITMENT - Once you confirm a job you show up on time and complete the entire task. (Tasks include wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing the trash, cleaning floors, among other tasks.)
- _SELF MANAGEMENT _- Be efficient in your cleaning and time.
- COMMUNICATION - Be proactive if there are any problems or concerns, as you will be working independently most of the day.
- WOW THE CLIENTS - Providing a fantastic cleaning experience to each and every Maid Sailors client.
