Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Mail Clerk to support our daily operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily

Prepare and send outgoing client correspondence for multiple departments

Organize and prepare documents for scanning

Upload and accurately attach documents to electronic case files

Track deadlines and assist with preparing correspondence as needed

Perform general administrative tasks to support firm operations

Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents

Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Ability to remain calm and productive in a deadline-driven environment
