Guardian Tax, a fast-growing tax relief company dedicated to helping thousands of Americans resolve their tax challenges, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Clerk to join our team full time. This is an in-person position with room to grow in a supportive, professional environment.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily.
Prepare, process, and track time-sensitive client and IRS correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper handling of confidential documents.
Work closely with our case managers and tax professionals to support client needs.
Assist with basic office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
Previous mail room, clerical, or office support experience preferred, but not required.
Competitive pay : $19–$22/hr to start, depending on experience.
