    Guardian Tax, a fast-growing tax relief company dedicated to helping thousands of Americans resolve their tax challenges, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Clerk to join our team full time. This is an in-person position with room to grow in a supportive, professional environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily.

    • Prepare, process, and track time-sensitive client and IRS correspondence.

    • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper handling of confidential documents.

    • Work closely with our case managers and tax professionals to support client needs.

    • Assist with basic office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
