Mailing Equipment Operator – Entry Level to Experienced

We are a full-scale digital and print marketing solutions manufacturer looking to grow our Mailing Department team. Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values quality, growth, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on a variety of mailing equipment, including:
  • Master Mailer, Ad-Jet, Flow Master, Pinnacle
  • Wave Jet/Inkjet, Screen Press, IBIS, Tabber
• Monitor jobs for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep operations running smoothly
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating mailing equipment (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
