    Job Summary

    We are seeking a part-time Mail Clerk to join our team! As our Mailroom Clerk, you will be managing and sorting incoming mail and packages, scanning information and documents as needed, and ensuring all mail and messages are delivered to the proper recipients. You will also be doing light administrative work, some record keeping and data entry, The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, has a strong attention to detail, and accurate typing skills.

    Responsibilities

    Receive and sort incoming mail and packages

    Deliver mail and messages to the appropriate recipients

    Manage documents within our case management system

    Receive and put away incoming office supplies and any materials

    Assist other office staff as needed

    Qualifications

    Strong organizational skills

    Familiarity with common computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
