    Job Description:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk. This role is responsible for accurately applying customer payments, reconciling transactions, and maintaining organized financial records. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning a career in accounting or finance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Apply customer payments to appropriate accounts

    • Reconcile daily receipts, checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions

    • Research and resolve payment discrepancies

    • Maintain accurate and organized records

    • Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required; associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software

    • Effective communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
