Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-volume corporate administrative/mailroom role within the entertainment industry, with some analytical responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift and carry over 40lbs.
- Familiarity with FedEx shipping system preferred.
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office software is mandatory.
- Ability to submit and reconcile invoices for all vendor purchases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow through and able to anticipate issues before they arise.
- Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:
- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
- Hourly Pay Range: $20.508 - 25.618
