    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Position Type: Full-time, In-office at least two days a week.

    Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience

    Job Summary:

    Main Street Auto Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for protecting our company's assets by identifying and mitigating risks of theft, fraud, and other company assets from internal and external theft. Observe and report potential safety and security hazards to leadership. Will install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide preventative maintenance of all physical security devices and systems throughout the Main Street Auto Organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Install and maintain electronic security systems (Electronic access control system and all associated hardware, CCTV, Intercoms, Intrusion detection, and various other physical security integrated systems)

    Responsible for project management, coordination, installation, and quality assurance of upgrades and conversions or servicing of electronic access control, closed circuit TV, alarm systems, and other physical security systems.

    Maintain, coordinate, install, and upgrade physical security applications.

    Participate in the review of design documentation and system for installation activities.

    Execute testing to verify high-quality installations.

    Respond to emergency calls, evaluate damages, and take necessary steps to protect customers, employees, and property. When directed, you may assume the role of emergency response.

    Monitoring surveillance systems to identify suspicious activities.

    Conducting internal and external investigations into theft, fraud, or other incidents.

    Implementing loss prevention policies and procedures.

    Collaborating with store management and staff to address security concerns.

    Training employees in loss prevention strategies and techniques.

    Analyzing data and trends to identify areas of risk and develop strategies for improvement.

    Coordinating with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

    Testifying in court proceedings related to theft or fraud cases.

    Conducting audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.

    Recommending and implementing security measures to prevent future losses.

    Job Qualifications:

    A combination of 4+ years of relevant security experience and/or military/law enforcement experience

    Technical expert with advanced knowledge of physical security systems and devices.

    Ability to workdays, nights, weekends, holidays, and at times be available on short notice.

    Must possess the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.

    Must be a proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently.

    Have general knowledge of the latest technology in security camera systems, use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps.

    Excellent communicator with the ability to converse with clients, superiors, peers, and vendors professionally and successfully.

    Completed basic Microsoft training in Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Project

    Strong verbal communication and writing skills.

    Knowledge of relevant software and hardware applications related to Physical Security

    Knowledge of low-voltage security devices, relays, sensors, electronic locking hardware, and mechanical devices

    Be willing to travel as needed and perform other job duties as assigned.

    Proven self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

    Requires leadership, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and customer service, including communication skills and timely responsiveness.
