    People are a brand's best marketing channel — both the medium and the message in modern marketing. Having grown up in political and social advocacy, we specialize in socially conscious campaigns for companies, causes, and candidates. Our approach combines technology developed with DARPA that identifies messages audiences already believe with a delivery system powered by a network of 6.3M microinfluencers and content-creators. We're seeking Digital Relational Organizing Fellows to join our fast-growing team.

    ABOUT US

    WE REPAIR harmful narratives and advances positive ones on behalf of causes, campaigns, and companies. Our intelligence system tracks opportunities to shift public discourse and then outputs messages and content to change the outcome. Our leadership and approach have received recent coverage inVanity Fair,POLITICO, and theWashington Post.

    ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP:

    • Looking for college Juniors/Seniors, grad students, or recent graduates.
    • Duration: 3 Months beginning upon hire date, with possibility for extension
    • Remote (Work from home or your favorite coffee shop)
    • Paid - Starting at $20/hr.
    • 15-25 Hours a Week
    • All Majors Welcome

    THE DIGITAL RELATIONAL ORGANIZING FELLOWSHIP ROLE WILL FOCUS HEAVILY ON:

    • Organic Influencer Recruitment and Management
    • Paid Influencer Recruitment and Management
    • Draft Copy for Outreach Messaging
    • Assisting the Digital Relational Organizer and Senior Level Management with various tasks and projects

    Despite this being a fellowship position, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas that meaningfully affect the company's development. On a daily basis, you will solve interesting and critical problems, make a difference on issues of national importance, and work with a team driven by passion, mission, and mutual respect.
