We're seeking a Tech Operations Fellow to join our fast-growing team.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Tech Operations Fellowship is a cornerstone of our day-to-day technology development work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about, and eventually lead on, projects encompassing skillsets from database management to site design and administration.  You will also be a key point of contact for our Organizing and Research teams, who will be the primary users of the tools you build.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Tech Team to conceive and execute on digital products and processes.
• Helping set the pace of daily work and priorities across the Tech Team.
• Generating ideas for improvements and solutions, from day-to-day challenges to full-fledged products.
• Converting general product goals into achievable objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This fellowship is aimed at college students in their junior and senior years pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another field related to technology. Basic and entry level knowledge of SQL, database management, and R/Python is preferred, and a passion for learning new softwares and technologies is a must.

This fellowship is fully remote and contract-based, offering a starting salary of $25/hour for an average of 20 hours per week. The right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute ideas that meaningfully affect the company's development.
