    MAINE HOME SERVICES of LIVERMORE, CA is hiring for a PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / CLIENT SERVICES REP to join our fast-paced office team and provide exceptional help to keep our business running smoothly. This essential client services position starts at a COMPETITIVE WAGE of $18-$23 PER HOUR, depending on experience.     A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / CLIENT SERVICES REP

    As our detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that it is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers.

    Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone, email, and text. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of our home services work is taken care of accurately and on-time!

    WORK SCHEDULE

    As a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Client Services Rep, you can plan to be in the office MONDAY-THURSDAY OR FRIDAY, 4-6 HOURS A DAY, depending on call volume.
