We have work, just not always at the most convenient times. If want to work, we can use you! This is an on-call business and you must be willing and able to work on short notice. We are ideally looking for individuals who have a CDL with passenger endorsement and can be available early mornings or late evenings. Due to the seasonality of our industry, our chauffeurs have the potential to work full-time hours for much of the year. This is a great opportunity for someone that currently has a CDL license, with a passenger endorsement, to earn some extra $$$.Chauffeur experience is not required. We are looking for service focused individuals who can deliver the superior level of customer service our clients demand. Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry would translate well into this position.Our fleet includes sedans, SUVs, limousines and Sprinter vans and a shuttle bus. Thorough training is provided on all vehicle types, as well as professional driving skills, procedures and regulations at airports/train/bus stations, and specialty service such as weddings.Compensation is $10.50/hour, plus gratuity, which is at the discretion of the passenger and based upon the service provided. Generally, chauffeurs would average between $24-26/hour. In addition, we are offering an additional $5/hour stipend on all CDL qualified trips. We currently have a 27 passenger shuttle bus and a 20 passenger Escalade Limousine that are CDL rated vehicles.Requirements:Must be able to pass a physical for a DOT Medical Card, TSA background check for access to Logan airport in Boston, must have a clean driving record and be familiar with the Portland area. Familiarity with the metropolitan Boston area is also desired. Must have a black suit, white shirt, black tie and black shoes. Must have a cell phone, GPS, and e-mail address for communication. Preference will be given to those applicants that have a CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain one.
