JOB DUTIES:
● Collaborate with the team to ideate, pitch, and create content that works in concert with campaign goals while reaching target audiences with the intended message
● Create original, innovative visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way
● Offer new ideas, layouts, and design that leverage our brand to create compelling, shareable content
● Choose graphics, art, and stock photography, as appropriate; may enhance choices with original illustrations coordinated with the team
● Prepare drafts of design work and provide samples for review
● Work with copywriter and creative director to produce final designs within deadlines
● Revise projects as necessary based on a collaborative feedback process
● Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each project while ensuring brand cohesion and best practices
● Test graphics across various media
● Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Organized with attention to detail
● Ability to work independently
● Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor's degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred
● At least three years of related work experience highly preferred
● In some cases, extraordinary portfolio/demonstration of design talent may be accepted in lieu of professional experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $62,000/YEAR BASED ON EXPERIENCE
