The Hotel Room Attendant creates a positive experience for guests by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. You are a valued member of the team and while you work behind the scenes, the hotel could not exist without you. As a Room Attendant, you will change towels, make beds and clean bathrooms. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times.
The right candidates will be flexible and available for shifts when needed, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends. However, we are mindful of your time and believe in work-life balance; the average hours worked per week November-April is 40-45 and during the summer busy season May-October, 45-50. There are 2-3 year round, full-time opportunities available and these are benefits-eligible. There is also 1 seasonal-only position available for those looking for a shorter term opportunity.
Qualifications:
-A positive, people-first attitude--the hospitality industry runs on service with a smile.
-Have full mobility, the ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 25 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment on your feet and in motion for the majority of the shift.
-High school or equivalent education is helpful but not required.

-Competitive hourly base pay- 13/hr+ DOE (higher pay for those with solid experience in housekeeping)
-$250 sign on bonus - $100 after 30 days of employment, plus another $150 after 90 days on the job
