    MARKETING MANAGER

    CLASSIFICATION: EXEMPT STATUS

    REPORTS TO: CFO/MARKETING DIRECTOR

    Mainely Tubs has been Maine’s leading retailer and servicer of hot tubs, swim spas and saunas for over 40 years. Our products promote health and wellness, reduced aches and pains, and wholesome family time—they make customers happy, and we enjoy the satisfaction that brings. We are growing rapidly, with new showrooms in Rye and Bedford, New Hampshire, and a fourth showroom opening this spring in Danvers, Massachusetts.

    POSITION SUMMARY: This full-time position will be responsible for marketing Mainely Tubs’ brand and products by developing and implementing cohesive marketing and advertising campaigns across all forms of traditional and digital media; digital marketing; social marketing; and email marketing. The Marketing Manager will support administration of our CRM databases, lead nurture campaigns and lead capture functions and report on KPI’s.     PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Supervise and mentor our Marketing Associate
    • Works directly with the Marketing Director to develop the annual marketing plan, budget and calendar.
    • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; plans and organizes sales promotions and events designed to generate web leads and drive showroom traffic.
    • Coordinates all marketing events, assists/oversees script & storyboard writing, and the organization & creation of digital assets.
    • Oversees the creation of regular email(s) for sale events, company newsletter & seasonal maintenance recommendations.
    • Works with the RSM & CRM Manager on CRM lead-nurture campaigns to improve conversion rates.
    • Works with the RSM & CRM Manager on customer-nurture campaigns to increase sales on chemicals, filters, covers, accessories, and services; and to promote the health benefits of using their hot tub, sauna or swim spa.
    • Meets with advertising vendors, buys media, and schedule events based on budget and calendar.
    • Prepares marketing KPI reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales & marketing data.
    • Monitors & manages company's reputation & creates strategies to generate more reviews.
    • Oversees the company’s Social Media Marketing strategy, including daily posts, event posts, post boosting, social ads, Facebook Live, monitors/replies to all comments, and optimizes lead capture.
    • Evaluates and coordinate all off-site sales events.
    • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
    • Enhances job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications, etc.
    • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with RSM & Marketing Associate, monitors stock levels of POP & coordinates orders/production of new POP.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Our ideal candidate will possess the following-

    · Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing

    Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: Direct Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, SEM, Project Management, Reporting, Understanding the Customer, Process Implementation, Planning, Financial Skills, and Media Buying.

    Experience with WordPress, and CRM systems a plus - HubSpot & Sales Force preferred

    · Critical thinking & strong problem-solving abilities

    · Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through on deliverables with limited guidance/direction

    · Ability to quickly grasp/learn new tools & concepts; intrinsic desire to continuously learn

    · Solid copywriting skills with the ability to consistently produce high-quality work for use in multiple messaging platforms

    · Strong verbal/written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively

    · Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

    · Professional, positive mindset; 'can-do' attitude

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

    · Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

    · Ability to work extended hours as needed
