Role and responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Management Product Specialist to lead migrations from competitive mainframe performance monitoring products to company solutions. The role involves migration assessment, solution deployment, effort estimation, technical consulting, and customer engagement within enterprise z/OS environments.

Responsibilities:
Lead migrations from third-party performance monitoring products to the company.
Assess customer environments and provide migration estimates and implementation plans.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot performance management solutions on z/OS.
Create migration documentation and collaborate with customers, project managers, and technical teams.
