AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: 

· Minimum of one year of staffing or recruitment experience 

· Experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources 

· Strong attention to detail; excellent organization and communication skills are a must 

· Proficient in basic office applications 

· Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus

We are currently looking for a high energy & dynamic Recruiter to help us hire the best technicians, apprentices & office team. You will assist applicants in understanding our company culture, goals and expectations to determine if Mainstream will be a best fit for both their needs and ours. You will coordinate the entire recruitment process for applicants from the initial job posting, through the interview process, to first day orientation of new employees. Leveraging resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, and professional networking will determine your success. You will also work in conjunction with our marketing team & operations manager on special events and recruitment campaigns including raising awareness of available careers in the trades.
