Responsibilities: Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
