Responsibilities: Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
