Responsibilities: Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
