Key Responsibilities
Parking Garage Maintenance
Perform daily inspections of garage structure, lighting, signage, gates, and payment equipment
Repair and replace lighting fixtures, bulbs, and electrical components
Maintain parking gates, ticketing systems, and access control systems
Inspect and maintain elevators and stairwells (coordinate with vendors as needed)
Monitor and maintain ventilation systems and carbon monoxide sensors
Identify and report structural concerns (cracks, leaks, drainage issues)
Pressure wash and maintain cleanliness of garage floors and common areas
Remove debris and ensure snow/ice removal as needed
Commercial/Office Suite Maintenance
Complete general repairs (plumbing, drywall, painting, minor electrical)
Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
Perform HVAC filter changes and basic troubleshooting
Maintain restrooms and common areas
Assist with suite turnovers, including repairs and touch-ups
Preventative Maintenance
Follow a scheduled maintenance program for all facility systems
Maintain maintenance logs and work order records
Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs
Ensure compliance with safety codes and building regulations
Safety & Compliance
Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed
Maintain proper signage and hazard markings
Conduct routine safety inspections
Assist in emergency response situations when necessary
