Seeking a Skilled Maintenance Associate

The Spark by Hilton hotel is in search of an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Associate to oversee our facility’s upkeep and ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team to perform routine inspections and repairs.
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hotel equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
