We’re looking for someone eager to grow into a skilled Maintenance Technician role. If you have some hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (or just a strong desire to learn), we can train you!
What You’ll Learn & Do:
Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems using control software (we’ll train you).
Learn how to work safely with electrical systems from 24VDC to 480V 3-phase.
Assist with troubleshooting electrical control systems and PLCs (training provided).
Get hands-on experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and motor replacement.
Help repair and maintain mechanical components like bearings, chains, and belts.
Gain exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, fire suppression, and conveyor systems.
Learn basic welding and safe use of welding equipment.
Support equipment installations, removals, and facility maintenance tasks.
Keep tools organized and in good condition and help track spare parts inventory.
Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years supporting a manufacturing or maintenance department (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Willingness to learn robotics, automation equipment, and CMMS software.
Physically able to stand, climb ladders, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Open to flexible hours, occasional overtime, and on-call work.
Reliable attendance and a team-player attitude.
