Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage maintenance work orders within Maximo
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and support maintenance planning activities
- Coordinate with vendors regarding parts, service requests, quotes, and delivery timelines
- Assist with inventory tracking, replenishment, and organization
- Support purchasing coordination, invoice follow-up, and PO approvals
- Review Daily Inspection Sheets to assist with maintenance backlog planning
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance-related administrative activities
- Work closely with maintenance technicians and leadership to support daily operations
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous administrative or maintenance support experience preferred
- Experience with Maximo or other CMMS systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or operational environment
- Attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Experience with inventory, purchasing, or vendor coordination is a plus
