Overview:
We are is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing vacancy turnovers, scheduling day-to-day maintenance, managing vendor contacts, and coordinating large maintenance and capital improvement projects. Additionally, the role involves handling city and insurance inspections.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage property vacancy turnovers, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Contact and schedule vendors for various maintenance and repair services.
• Manage and supervise large-scale maintenance projects and capital improvements.
• Facilitate city and insurance inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and inspections.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator.
• Prior experience in property management.
• Proficiency with computer systems; knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma required; additional education or certification in general maintenance practices preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to start immediately.
