    About the Role:

    Join All County Legacy Property Management as a Maintenance Coordinator & Make Ready Manager, where your skills will ensure our properties are always in top shape. This dynamic role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about property maintenance.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and make-ready activities for residential properties.

    Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors, ensuring completion in line with company standards and budget requirements.

    Review completed work to verify quality and ensure tenant/owner satisfaction.

    Serve as a liaison between tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure transparent, timely updates on work order status.

    Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.

    Prepare units for new tenants, ensuring compliance with company standards.

    Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

    Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance expenses.

    Vendor Coordination: locate and interview 3rd Party vendors as necessary.

    Collaborate with property owners to prioritize maintenance requests.

    Ensure safety and compliance with local building codes and regulations.

    Maintain an updated inventory of all property keys. Ensure keys are stored securely and properly labeled for easy access.

    Assist with various office projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management.

    Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize task efficiently.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair practices.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Experience with property management software is a plus.

    Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service excellence.
