About the Role:

Mother & Son Lawn Care LLC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team in Worcester, MA! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll help keep properties looking their best across the local community. Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing for residential and/or commercial properties

Assist with landscape maintenance including mulching, weeding, and bed cleanup

Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Load and unload equipment and materials safely from crew vehicles and trailers

Follow crew leader instructions to complete daily job schedules efficiently

Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites

Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal and general property cleanup

Assist with projects including junk removals, pet waste removal, garden bed installations, holiday lighting display installations and take downs, small demolition, amongst other projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and load equipment, and perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday.

Environmental Resilience: Ability to work outdoors comfortably in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.

Professionalism: Must be dependable, respectful, coachable, and team-oriented.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work efficiently within a 2-person crew, follow directions, and maintain high-quality work standards.

Seasonal Structure:

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent position. As the landscape slows during the winter, employees may be placed on a seasonal layoff status or offered limited on-call work based on company demand.
