We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Division Manager to lead and oversee our landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, and snow & ice management operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, crew leadership, client satisfaction, and department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas

Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment

Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance

Serve as primary contact for maintenance clients; conduct site visits as needed

Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities

Monitor field operations and implement improvements

Lead snow and ice management operations in winter

Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and resources

Maintain an active field presence and lead by example

Qualifications:

5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations

3+ years in a supervisory or management role

Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Job Type: Full-time (Seasonal) | 40+ hours/week Pay: $26–$35/hour
