Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • PTO Responsibilities: • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, components, and related equipment in compliance with safety standards • Troubleshoot and maintain motor and control systems used in industrial and commercial environments • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and wiring • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals • Utilize strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve issues • Install, program, and service VFDs, soft starters, transformers, motors, and panelboards • Run and install conduit, wiring, and materials of various sizes • Wire and connect motors and transformers • This position is safety sensitive Cross-Role Expectations • Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting mindset with a focus on long-term solutions • Ability to work within a dispatcher-led, priority-based maintenance system • Comfortable completing work orders, documentation, and shift transitions • Commitment to safety practices (LOTO, hot work, confined space as applicable) • Collaborative approach working with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams Qualifications: • 5–10+ years of industrial electrical experience • Proven troubleshooting skills with 480V / 240V / 120V systems • Experience with motors, starters, contactors, and overloads • Knowledge of VFD setup, diagnostics, and parameter adjustments • Familiarity with sensors, photo eyes, encoders, and thermocouples • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Proficiency in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures • Understanding of NFPA 70E and safe electrical work practices Preferred Skills: • Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred) • I/O troubleshooting and basic ladder logic knowledge • Experience working with legacy equipment and limited documentation • Controls support experience for calendars, cutters, presses, and material handling systems • Ability to troubleshoot intermittent issues in a fast-paced production environment Compensation: $27 - $40+ hourly DOE
