The Palms at Verde Shores is a 55+ MH Community located along the Colorado River in Needles, CA. We are a family-owned company with a small, supportive team and a focus on pride of place, consistency, and quality resident experiences.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Full-Time Maintenance employee to help maintain and enhance the community. This is a field-based role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

Perform general property repairs: plumbing, and painting

Maintain landscaping and curb appeal: mowing, trimming, weeding, leaf blowing

Troubleshoot and repair irrigation and pond systems

Maintain clean, orderly common areas and grounds

Handle sewer line backups and coordinate larger repairs as needed

Help coordinate and support vendor projects and deliveries

Participate in on-call for emergency repairs

Qualifications

Time management skills

Experience in general maintenance

Experience in general landscape

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and complete physically demanding tasks

Must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies (on-call)
