We are actively looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers, preferably with previous hotel experience, who are skilled and well-rounded in basic repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, furniture renewal, wallpapering, basic hand tools, and painting. Applicants must be able to work shifts in line with the hotel's business demands. You will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Responsibilities: • Complete repair tasks as assigned by management and fulfill guest requests in guestrooms and/or public areas of the hotel • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs • Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services) • Follow hotel security guidelines Skills • Previous hotel experience is a plus • Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, wall repair, hanging vinyl, painting, etc. • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to follow instructions We are currently looking to fill three openings: • (1) FT Building Engineer – Requires availability Mon-Sun AM and PM shifts • (1) FT Preventive Maintenance Engineer – Requires availability Mon-Sun AM shifts • (1) PT Building Engineer – Requires availability Fr/Sa/Su nights – PM Shifts Qualifications: • HVAC: 1 year (Preferred) • Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
