Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred Compensation: $18.50 - $19 hourly
