    Job Description:
    We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and be willing to assist various facilities within our organization as needed. This role requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
    - Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all facilities are ready for use.
    - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
    - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff across multiple locations.
    - Maintain accurate records of service performed and supplies used, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
    - Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize and complete work orders effectively.
    - Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed.
    - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
    - Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
    - Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance trades preferred.
    - Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management; experience as a floater or in a similar role is a plus.
    - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
    - Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
    - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
    - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
    - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    - Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between locations as required.

    Physical Requirements:
    - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
    - Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
    - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
