The Palms is a medium-sized, family-owned property management company with locations in both California and Arizona and we’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on professional to take the lead at a few of our local (Murrieta, Hemet) and semi-local (Desert Hot Springs) properties. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in maintenance.

About the Role

This is an as needed position where you will be responsible for maintenance duties, emergencies and projects as they come up. The duties are below but are not limited to:

Handling landscaping and maintenance: mowing, trimming, irrigation, basic repairs, and property inspections.

Responding quickly to on-site issues (emergency readiness is a must).

Maintaining curb appeal through upkeep of the common areas.

Coordinating with the onsite managers for projects and day-to-day duties.

Respond to septic and sewer backups.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

About You

Comfortable with basic maintenance (irrigation, sewer backups, light plumbing, etc.).

Electrical knowledge is a plus!

Available for on-call emergencies and weekend needs.

Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.

Able to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and staff.

Strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Reliable transportation required.

Valid Driver’s License.
