We are seeking an experienced Production Manager ( Maintenance Foreman ) to support our Washington North Commercial Landscape Maintenance division. This is a hands‑on, field‑focused leadership role. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production across multiple maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to contract standards. This role spends the majority of time in the field, coaching crews, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running smoothly, while also handling essential administrative and coordination responsibilities.
