About the Role
Our client, an established operator in the upstream oil and gas industry, is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to oversee facility readiness and ongoing maintenance activities. This role is critical in safely bringing production facilities online after construction and ensuring they remain reliable, compliant, and efficient throughout operations. The Foreman will lead maintenance teams and contractors in the field while working closely with operations and engineering groups to maintain optimal asset performance.Why This Role Matters

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance activities related to post-production operations and facility turn-on.
Lead, direct, and support maintenance crews to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules for surface equipment, production facilities, and related infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime.
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with production, operations, and engineering teams to prioritize and execute maintenance projects.
Oversee third-party contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to HSE requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and facility optimization.
Enforce safety policies and actively participate in safety meetings and audits.

Education & Experience
5+ years of experience in oil and gas facility or production maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of upstream surface equipment (tanks, separators, compressors, heaters, and related systems).
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Other Requirements
Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing (ongoing testing required).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).

Location
Based in Briggsdale, Colorado, with regular travel to field sites in Colorado and Wyoming.
This is an on-site field position and not eligible for remote work. No relocation or travel assistance provided.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in the field, involving exposure to varying weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, dust, and vibrations.
Physical Demands
Must have visual acuity for driving and computer use.
Regular standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Schedule
Full-time position with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
Overtime may be required.
Must be available to respond to operational calls or messages outside normal business hours.
Travel
Routine travel to remote field locations is expected. Occasional overnight stays may be required for training, seminars, or company meetings.
