Maintenance / Handyman

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance/Handyman worker to perform basic property maintenance and physical labor. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with their hands and handling a variety of general maintenance tasks. Larger or specialized projects will be handled by licensed contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic handyman and property maintenance tasks
• Change light bulbs and perform minor fixture maintenance
• Paint fences and other areas as needed
• Power-wash trash enclosures and other areas
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the property
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Report larger repairs or issues that require a licensed contractor
• Follow safety procedures and instructions

Requirements

• Previous handyman, maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable performing physical labor and working with your hands
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Work Details

• Part-time position
• 3 days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Approximately 24 hours per week
• Work is performed at a property in Ventura, CA
• Duties will vary based on property maintenance needs
