Join E.J. Reynolds Company as a Maintenance Helper in Alvin, TX, where you'll be an integral part of our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our maintenance operations and ensure our facilities run smoothly, while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily inspections of machinery

Assist in facilities and equipment inspections

Assist in the diagnoses of malfunctions of HVAC equipment and systems

Monitor maintenance inventory of materials and equipment

Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Maintain records of repair and maintenance activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
