NOW HIRING: MECHANIC APPRENTICE

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for mechanical work? We're currently looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanic Apprentice to join a high-volume trailer service shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in trailer diagnostics and repairs, along with the ability to juggle daily service tasks and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of company trailers with efficiency and attention to detail

• Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) to ensure safe and optimal operation

• Troubleshoot trailer issues as they come into the shop and provide timely solutions

• Conduct structural repairs including doors, skin panels, roofs, floors, and brake systems

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all completed work and services

• Support the shop with general maintenance duties and team collaboration as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in trailer repairs is preferred 

• Strong knowledge of trailer systems, components, and repair methods

• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively

• Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

• Must own or have access to essential mechanic tools

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Dependable and flexible, with availability to work Saturdays as needed
