Training & development

We’re looking for an entry level Maintenance Helper to join our team!

Responsibilities

Perform home repairs to include sheet rocking, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical.

Outdoor Maintenance to include community landscaping, maintaining company structures, outdoor painting and power washing; Roofing, or under home repairs sometimes necessary.

Submit record of work completed, and complete maintenance repair logs for equipment as needed.

Participate in weekly safety meetings and maintain a safety-first approach.

Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

Willingness to learn

Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems helpful

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
